The application of PETG in the injection molding industry of cosmetic packaging materials

PETG has glass-like transparency and close to glass density, good gloss, chemical resistance, impact resistance, and easy processing, injection molding, injection stretch blow molding and extrusion blow molding. It can also produce unique shapes, appearances and special effects such as bright colors, frosted, marbled textures, metallic luster, etc. It is also possible to use other polyesters, elastomers or ABS for overmolding.

PETG material is a highly transparent copolyester plastic raw material. It has high transparency, good toughness and impact strength, excellent low temperature toughness, chemical resistance, high tear resistance and good processability. It can be processed by traditional extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and blister molding methods. In addition to the application of PETG in cosmetic injection molding plants, it can also be used in food, medicine, cosmetic packaging and other fields.
